An elegant affair: clean lines, lovely natural materials and a palette of pale, warm tones make for a modern yet cosy atmosphere in the fine dining restaurant of the century-old Gasthaus Hummel. On entering the restaurant you can sneak a peek into the kitchen, where a seasonal five-course menu is put together under the supervision of chef-patron Stefan Hummel. Whenever possible, select ingredients for the very precisely prepared dishes are sourced from the region. You can look forward to finesse and an abundance of flavour – and great value for money. The dedication of the Hummel family is also plain to see in the friendly and competent front-of-house team, which is headed up by your cordial hostess. Alternatively, you might like to dine in the establishment's traditional local eatery. There are also four simple guestrooms.
