Chef Romain Roullier fell in love with this restaurant in the Rothéneuf neighbourhood of Saint-Malo. He refurbished the premises and, whether out on the pleasant terrace or inside (exposed stone, brick or white walls), you will enjoy the cooking of this experienced chef, who is clearly all about regaling diners – without unnecessary frills: poached egg and girolles with parsley, smoke-infused milk and croutons; glazed duck leg, aubergine caviar and curry. Daily menu without options, good value for money.
