This simple family-run business, named after the initials of the owners (including their daughter), is a great place to eat if you are visiting the Álvarez de Toledo Castle, home to the first Parador located in a historic building. You'll find a traditional menu with innovative touches, carefully prepared and full of flavour. Our recommendations? The house classic: matured beef ravioli in wonton pasta and truffle cream.
