In Prenafeta, a district to the east of Montblanc, and as a complement to the Escoda-Sanahuja winery (a pioneer in natural wines from organic farming in Catalonia), this restaurant occupies a restored farmhouse in the heart of nature, overlooking the mountains and surrounding vineyards. In the kitchen, Russian-born chef Vladislav Degtyarev shows a clear dedication to Mediterranean tradition, based on seasonal and local organic produce, much of which is grown on the farm itself. Each dish (ordered à la carte or through the tasting menu) is designed to pair wonderfully with the wines of the winery, which accompany the experience with great character and personality. The interesting cheese menu is another highlight!
