Built on the site of a former summer residence above a pine-covered cove on the Costa Brava, this adults-only hotel retains traces of its original life, including the old fireplace and a door to the family wine cellar, now folded into a five-star renovation. Stone terraces descend through century-old pines toward a private beach with direct access via the hotel's own staircase. Rooms have exposed stone walls and warm wood detailing, with sea-facing balconies in the upper categories. Chef José Sánchez's restaurant has become a local reference point for Costa Brava cooking, with a wine list focused on DO Empordà producers.
