Manuel Liepert worked at this address on the South Styrian Wine Route before taking it over with his partner Lisa Kürbisch and earning it a Michelin star. The four rooms: named Sage, Nutmeg, Pepper and Rosemary after herbs and spices, each come with a chocolate fondue, and the five-to-seven-course surprise menu downstairs shifts with the seasons. Sommelier Holger Massner looks after the wine pairings; on Wednesdays, breakfast rolls to your room by cart. At the end of the evening, guests fill a box at the petit four station by the door and take it home.
