This bistro wedged between Bastille and Lyon railway station serves a bighearted, no-nonsense score rich in nostalgic flavours. The ingredients, such as ‘triple zero’ jumbo shrimps from Nantes, Kintoa pork or monkfish caught by small fishing boats, are allowed to shout their name.
