This contemporary bistro opposite the Arènes de Lutèce, the Ancient Roman amphitheatre, bears the signature of talented chef Tomy Gousset (Tomy & Co). He has set the scene for a simple and convivial dining experience – open kitchens, wood and steel furniture, mason jars, bottles, books and pop art touches. The menu ranges from bluefin tuna with tomato and watermelon gazpacho to cod au gratin with miso and piperade, and rib of beef to share. The signature dish is fried gnocchi tailored to seasonal ingredients such as chanterelles, country ham and Parmesan. The presence of Constance and her team embodies the collective spirit of Hugo "& Co".
