Chef Moeen Abuzaid brings a thoughtful and personal touch to Arbequina, where the menu is rooted in Palestinian and Jordanian cuisine. Offering both à la carte and prix fixe options, the dishes blend familiar flavors with a refined technique, featuring dishes like manti filled with flavorful ground meat over jameed yogurt, muhammara with flatbread, sea bass wrapped in grilled grape leaves and brined lamb chops. Angus short rib is sided by condiments and flatbread for building handhelds in a particularly comforting dish, and for dessert, sticky date sukka with cinnamon ice cream and coffee cream seals the deal. While alcohol isn't served, mocktails are the perfect accompaniment.
