This restaurant in the magnificent Grand Hotel Baur au Lac, which dates back to 1844, exudes all the glamour of the Riviera. In the hands of interior designer Martin Brudnizki, the airy, light-filled rotunda has been imbued with an extremely elegant, luxe ambience with eye-catching features such as a stylish Art Deco chandelier and wonderful mosaic floor – although the beautiful view of the garden or the Schanzengraben steals the show. The Mediterranean-inspired menu includes numerous French and Italian classics, many of which have been given a modern twist. Seafood lovers should definitely look out for the "Lobster Love" dishes.
