It’s not just the competitive prices that will bring you back, but above all the fragrant authenticity of Emilian cooking. Among the first courses, the “golden” specialties stand out, namely the fresh egg pastas: tortellini with 24-month Parmigiano cream and traditional lasagne verdi.
