Riva’s tagline is ‘Where the southern sea meets the northern shore’, and this can immediately be seen on the plate, with top-notch local produce from the land and sea taking on vibrant Mediterranean colours and flavours – a great example is the pike-perch cutlet with green pea purée and bouillabaisse sauce.
