Specialities include “brandacujun” stockfish; burrata panna cotta with baby spinach, porcini mushrooms and toasted pine nuts; squid stuffed with prawns and courgettes in an aioli sauce; and corn linguine with fresh tuna, red onions and olives on a pepper sauce.
