If you’re lucky and aljotta is on the menu, don’t miss the chance to sample this traditional fish soup, while the rich, succulent linguine with local rabbit is equally delicious. Both dishes can also be ordered in advance. The first-class wine list focuses mainly, though not exclusively, on Maltese wines, with some very interesting vertical vintages from excellent wineries.
