A restaurant at the foot of the ski slopes with an ambience inspired by the mountains, a superb setting and spectacular views. The meticulous cuisine on offer here, under the baton of chef Jordi Grau and overseen by famous chef Francis Paniego, focuses on traditional cuisine brought up to date with contemporary textures and techniques. We particularly enjoyed the cheeks cooked three ways (grilled, breaded and with a pil-pil sauce). The à la carte, which is complemented by a seasonal tasting menu, offers half-plate options.
