Located just a stone's throw from Paseo de la Castellana, in an area with plenty to see and do, this restaurant serves informal Japanese cuisine with a global twist, featuring charcoal-grilled dishes and interesting nods to Basque cuisine in some of its creations. The menu, which includes exclusive sections dedicated to nigiri, oysters and hot dishes (we particularly enjoyed their gyoza with cured egg yolk), is complemented by two Omakase menus (short and long), so you can indulge and let yourself be guided. They also offer a wide variety of sakes and a menu called Nigiris, which can only be ordered at the bar!
