One of the best dining options if you’re visiting this charming town with its sloping streets and alleyways teeming with history. It features a tranquil terrace that occupies almost the entire street plus a tastefully arranged dining room on the first floor. The menu, traditional cuisine reinterpreted with contemporary sensibility, pays tribute to the regional flavours (such as Morella-style croquettes or Morella lamb slow-cooked over 14 hours, boned and accompanied by its juices) and is completed with a surprising tasting menu called Territorio.
