Above the Domaine de Murtoli golf course, set deep in the maquis, this restaurant charms diners with its absolutely unique location and its delicious and flavoursome cuisine, which features quality ingredients either from the estate itself or sourced from neighbouring producers. On wooden benches nestled among the rock formations, or on one of the superb little terraces with a splendid view, you dine by romantic candlelight, tucking into typical Corsican dishes that take the form of a single set menu: courgette à la Sartenaise, confit shoulder of lamb... and a tomato sauce with herbs from the maquis that in itself is worth the trip.
