Makorè celebrates ten years of evolution, born in symbiosis with the adjacent fishmonger and devoted to the sea from the start. Year after year, the quality of the experience has grown steadily, thanks to the passion of the kitchen crew. In the elegant dining room overlooking the crew, the journey begins with a choice: the 10-course “Decennale” tasting menu tracing their history, the Blind surprise menu of varying length, or a small à la carte selection illustrated verbally. Modern recipes, harmonious pairings, and carefully calibrated balance define the experience. Before dessert, an indulgent stop: the selection of Italian and international cheeses, both fresh and aged. Impeccable service, with special mention to sommelier Isacco Giuliani.
