Named ID in tribute to its charismatic owners, Isabelle and Denis Vetter, this restaurant is tucked away in a plush 18C edifice that boasts a grandiose original staircase. A muted contemporary interior sets the stage for seasonal dishes that alternate between daring creations (seafood casserole dish with black garlic aïoli) and comforting, wholesome family favourites, such as juicy tender beef tournedos with aligot (a sort of mashed potato made with Alsace tomme in this case).
