Just outside the historic center, this elegant restaurant welcomes guests in contemporary spaces with a pleasant outdoor terrace at the entrance. The cuisine, rooted in local tradition but interpreted with creativity and technique, offers seafood and land dishes, with premium cuts of meat prepared on the grill standing out. Two tasting menus of five and eight courses are available, along with an extensive, carefully curated à la carte. Be sure to try the flavorful venison fillet with black cabbage cream, blackcurrant sauce, and caramelized shallots.
