A small cave hotel in Göreme with a terrace that takes in the full sweep of the valleys running between Göreme, Ortahisar, Çavuşin, and Avanos, prime position for watching the hot air balloon fleet rise at dawn. The individually named rooms, from the vaulted Warehouse and Barn to the Zemi and Summer House, are cut from tufa and dressed with kilim rugs, carved wooden furniture, and stone arches that vary from room to room. Horseback riding through the valley vineyards, ATV tours, and guided Cappadocia tours are all arranged through the hotel.
