Opened in the 1980s by Fatéma Hal and taken over by her daughter in 2021, Mansouria has moved from its historic address to start a new chapter on Rue de Charonne as Mansou'. Featuring traditional Moroccan objects and contemporary details, the decor combines warmth and modernity. The menu remains faithful to its origins: couscous, tajines, Moroccan pastries and mint tea reign supreme. The pepper briwattes are perfectly crispy, and the chicken tajine with olives and candied lemon is expertly made.
