Fancy some Italian cuisine? Here, very close to the city’s main beaches, you can enjoy it with interesting Brazilian and Portuguese nuances, in the hands of chef Nelson Soares, who has replicated the culinary philosophy of his restaurant (also called Sult) in Rio de Janeiro. In this small, simple yet pleasant place, with a charming esplanada (terrace), the fresh pasta is truly excellent (such as Tortellini de espargos e mascarpone (asparagus and mascarpone tortellini) or Cappelletti de língua bovina (beef-tongue cappelletti)), deftly playing with heat and a few gentle sauces to surprise the palate. There is a service table where dishes are finished in full view of guests!
