With its tasteful blend of historical features and upscale minimalist modern design, this former Capuchin monastery provides a wonderful setting for the restaurant. In the open kitchen, the team champions ingredients from Central Switzerland, supplemented by produce from the Alpine region. The evening features an appealing à la carte selection alongside a four-course "Tavolata" for the whole table, available as a surprise menu or with a main course of your own choice. In summer, the secluded monastery terrace is especially lovely. Breakfast is also served, with a regional "monastery breakfast" available on Sunday mornings.
