Chef Jean-François Pantaleon has opened a second restaurant a few metres from Roza, his fine dining restaurant, also in the Graslin area, near the Musée Dobrée archaeology museum. This vintage bistro has a friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy a down-to-earth meal. In addition to the reasonably priced lunch menu, classic suggestions are written on the mirrors: eggs mayonnaise, terrine, calf's head or veal chop with mashed potatoes.
