This ‘dinky’ house in Savièse seats fifteen in a warm setting that blends bare stone walls with contemporary lines. Since 2021, Margaux, in the kitchen, and Jeremy, front-of-house, have been conjuring up a five-course seasonal surprise menu that changes monthly. The à la carte lineup demonstrates a delicate culinary signature: a new spin on vitello tonnato; vegetarian ceviche and sweet potato fries; fillet of pork lacquered in sesame seeds with black garlic, girolles, aubergine and kohlrabi. Bang-on flavours and sensible prices. The well-curated wine cellar reveals a soft spot for local wineries.
