You head through a delightful garden to get to this restaurant housed in a room once used as a conservatory for citrus trees in the 18C Villa Perez-Pompei-Sagramoso. Here, the owner-chef serves delicious regional cuisine which he prepares with particular attention to beautiful presentation. He also makes use of extra-virgin olive oil produced in the countryside around Illasi, with a small selection of oils available for tasting, including the restaurant’s own.
