Fabio Imparato, who hails from the Italian province of Salerno, is the head chef at this restaurant not far from the lake. After working in various fine dining restaurants, he now devotes himself to Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The seasonal surprise menu comes in a four- or five-course format. The wine list, too, draws on labels from the chef's homeland. Service is friendly and professional, and the aesthetic is appealing, refined and upscale.
