Seating just two to three tables per service (twice a day), this intimate home-style Thai restaurant serves traditional recipes from Nakhon Si Thammarat and Sukhothai, inspired by the chef's grandmother's recipes. The menu changes every two months, typically opening with a Southern Thai appetiser: sour fruits, sweetened shrimp and stirred shrimp paste awaken the palate with umami complexity.
