Le Variétés is steeped in the Art deco elegance of the Flagey “ocean liner” Building, an iconic work by architect Joseph Diongre. Exotic wood dominates the sleek brasserie interior, while the terrace immerses you in the buzzy vibe of this lively district. Roast chicken is the house specialty, but the menu unveils a host of other dishes, many of which have been treated to a playful makeover: toasted brioche bread stuffed with black pudding, fried onions and a drizzling of mustard and mayonnaise. Patriotic family favourites with an almost cheeky slant.
