The super-elegant Fausto’s might not have been open in this location all that long, but it’s owner, Chef Fausto Di Vora, can proudly claim over 30 successful years in the city. Following a move from Pest to Buda, his rebirthed restaurant remains as personally and professionally run as ever, but now with an added vigour. The glass-enclosed terrace is a great spot to enjoy Italian dishes such as shrimps with butternut squash and vegetable vinaigrette, whose presentation is a match for the wonderful surroundings.
