Just a stone’s throw from the heart of the historic centre, this relaxed, informal restaurant serves beautifully prepared contemporary-style dishes. Although there’s a focus on Slovenian ingredients here, the chef’s imagination is also inspired by influences from outside the country. Choose between an à la carte and tasting menus of varying lengths (three to nine courses). The pairing options include organic wines, as well as craft beers and home-made syrups.
