A restaurant with a restrained decor and a philosophy based on Omakase-style dining (hence the name) in the emblematic Plaza de María Pita of the city, where you’ll find nothing more than a sushi bar and a fish-aging cabinet. Here, Vigo-born chef Adrián Figueroa, a true expert when it comes to slicing techniques and the preparation of tuna, showcases his skills on a single tasting menu (to which you can also add extras such as eel, crayfish etc) that changes according to availability at the daily auction.
