The group behind The Pelican and The Hero opened their most characterful pub in 2025, in the heart of Marylebone. The Hart is a four-storey building, where narrow staircases, fireplaces and wood panelling create a warm and cosy environment. The same menu is offered throughout and it’s one that works closely with British farmers. Start with some crunchy pork scratchings, then try the crispy pig’s head or crab cakes; for mains, the lamb chops with turnip tops are popular, while for dessert the banoffee pie is already a crowd favourite.
