Not only is the old corn exchange home to part of the Pinault Collection, it also houses a highly creative restaurant. In homage to the history of the premises, Michel and Sébastien Bras take seeds, cereals and legumes as their starting point and cook up healthy and contemporary cuisine. Be sure to sample one of the delicious desserts, such as the chocolate and toasted vanilla fondant served warm – an interpretation of the 1981 original. Breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris.
