Two private mansions with contrasting façades have been united to create this luxury hotel and its fine dining restaurant. Chic and intimate, the restaurant has plush carpet, mouldings and tables set with porcelain. The chef cooks up generous cuisine, including some dishes designed for sharing. Plants enjoy the limelight, with quality seasonal ingredients going into dishes such as an onion, Comté cheese and vin jaune tart. Vegetarians will be pleased: the meat and fish (loin of pork, pollack, duck) play only a supporting role, and are optional.
