Alongside her partner, Koen Bomas, Inge Wollerich is breathing new life into her parents' long-successful restaurant. An elegant makeover has transformed the decor, suffused with creamy hues, into something minimalist yet warm. Fine dining is still the name of the game here – rooted in classic culinary tradition, it is enriched with vibrant and exotic elements. The chef's perfectly seared, still translucent langoustine paired with an intense shellfish jus and various textures of pumpkin is already considered one of the house's signature dishes. The set menu – with a few optional extras – is definitely something to look forward to!
