Within the farms that once surrounded the Hunting Lodge of Stupinigi, in spaces formerly reserved for servants, springs to life a comfortable establishment characterised by a warm atmosphere steeped in history. The kitchen follows the regional tradition with consistency, enlivening it with touches of imagination and colour that lend freshness to time-honoured recipes. As an alternative, there is no shortage of seafood dishes, to which one of the two tasting menus is also dedicated. The cellar, too, prefers to champion local talent, with suggestions by the glass and bottle that change weekly, keeping the spirit of discovery alive.
