Their use of red oak colors prime cuts from Creekstone Farms and Compart Family Farms in a distinct hue, and the wide range of meats is a real carnivore's delight. Beef ribs are divine, so succulent and flavorsome with a lasting smoked tone. Don't skip the sides like memorable pinto beans and loaded baked potatoes; tacos with green-chile ranch and fruit cobblers tempt but should be saved for the second visit.
