The name ‘Pont d’Or’, literally ‘Golden Bridge’, is a wish that French cuisine and the district of Nihombashi will both prosper. Tasteful décor, reminiscent of a European house, oozes panache. Chef Ken Yuhara incorporates Japanese elements into classic French cuisine taught to him by Noboru Inoue.
