The location that houses this restaurant is interesting in the way it blends the architectural details of the old building, such as high ceilings and large arched windows, into the modern, chic-meets-urban look. In this stylish yet relaxed setting, diners are treated to warm hospitality and can watch Michael Seitz at work in the open kitchen, as he cooks up international dishes with a Franconian twist. For parties of two or more people, the sharing menus "Celebration Mood" and "Glamour Mood" are highly recommended, as well as the "Nuremberg Menu", which presents Franconia's Top Ten dishes in a whole new way. Tip: The "OpenHausBrunch" takes place on certain Sundays, and there are other regular events.
