Influences from Istria, Italy and even France combine harmoniously on a menu that focuses mainly on fish and seafood from the Adriatic (don’t miss the shellfish), although a few carefully selected, top-quality meat dishes and truffle specialities also feature. The turbot steak with prawns, leek and chive-flavoured extra-virgin olive oil is superb.
