From Lima to London, this fun and informal restaurant brings a bright burst of Peruvian flavour to the British capital. Start with a cocktail – a pisco sour if you want to get in the South American spirit – before choosing from a selection of dishes featuring some fantastically vivid colours. The menu veers between authentic classics, such as stone bass ceviche with "tiger's milk" sauce or beef fillet anticucho, and influences from further afield.
