Set in a historical town house, this trendy place is a winning combination of modern wine bar and upscale bistro. It is very popular for its great food, is made with seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers – and at fantastic value for money. Organic and biodynamic wines are recommended to accompany your choice of dishes. There is an appealing outdoor dining area, too.
"The city of Vienna, Lower Austria and Upper Austria are our breadbaskets, from where we source almost all of our ingredients, from small suppliers who meet the "organic" standard as a minimum. We produce little waste and recycle extensively, and our supply routes are short. Training our employees, their work-life balance and clearly communicating our future objectives are also important to us. Our wine selection – our passion – is completely organic or biodynamic!"
