In Söflingen, a district of Ulm, the historic courtyard of a former Clarissan convent dating from 1258 is home to an attractive hotel with individually designed rooms and a lovely restaurant. The accomplished chef presents a focused à la carte selection of classics, including cheese spaetzle tartufo, roast beef, and caviar specialities.
