Here, you can discover the full virtues of Gallic cooking courtesy of young French chef Romain Lascarides, whose mantra is ‘eating nourishes the spirit, thoughts and the faculty of judgement.’ His cuisine varies with the seasons thanks to his total respect for the seasonality of ingredients and their producers. It features a bar at the entrance (serving wines, cocktails and champagne) and the dining room on the upper floor, where you can discover the tempting set menus: Prelude (lunchtime only, Tuesday to Thursday), Adagio and Sinfonia.
