A characteristic Corsican house in a charming mountainside village sets the splendid scene to sample wholesome country fare, prepared simply from painstakingly selected ingredients, among which Corsica’s famous cured meats and fruit, vegetables and herbs from the garden. Take a seat on the spacious terrace and drink in the jaw-dropping view of the mountains and ancient oak forest. Just a word of warning: bank cards are not accepted, so take cash!
