Named after the founder's grandmother, Frances Faust, whose instinct for hospitality became the guiding principle behind the whole operation, this Central East Austin property is in a neighborhood where small businesses have held ground since the 1900s. The smallest rooms are cozy singles with reading nooks and East Austin views; the largest stretch to two-story loft suites with clawfoot tubs and half-kitchens. Siti, the in-house restaurant recognized in the 2025 Michelin Guide, builds its menu around the culinary traditions of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, an unexpectedly specific kitchen for a boutique inn.
