Here, just minutes outside the medina, is the compound-like resort that is Les Deux Tours: 44 rooms and suites divided among multiple buildings and villas, spread across more than 7 acres of courtyards, gardens and groves.
The accommodations are classic in their architecture and subtly contemporary in their décor; the look is stylish, influenced by Marrakech’s romantic past but far from old-fashioned. The comforts, too, are substantial, though never ostentatious, adhering to a timeless ideal of luxury — and the sort of service that makes good use of a high ratio of staff to guests. Les Deux Tours’ Moroccan Spa features an Ottoman-style hammam as well as massage and fitness offerings; meanwhile the dining venues include a gastronomic restaurant, a more casual poolside option, and even a sushi bar.
